Како да вратам пратка?

Чекор 1: Пратката мора да биде вратена во рок од 5 дена по приемот. За да вратите пратка мора да ја наведете причината поради која ја враќате.

01. Продуктот не одговара на описот.

02.Продуктот беше оштетен при достава.

03.Бројот не ми одговара.

04.Други причини.

Чекор 2. Продуктите не смеат да бидат користени, мора да бидат вратени во оригиналното пакување и во иста состојба во која што биле испорачани.

Чекор 3. Вашите пратки потребно е да ги испратите на адресата на SCHUSTER. Мора да ја зачувате вашата адресница, како потврда дека пратката била испратена за SCHUSTER.

Доставата ја плаќате вие.

Пратките се вашата одговорност додека не придат превземени од нас.

How do I return something?
Step 1: Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark on your delivery note which you would like to return using the reason codes :

-01: The product did not match its description

-02: The product was damaged upon arrival

-03: Not satisfied with size.

-04: Other reasons.

Step 2: The products must be unused,in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact and still in the same new condition as when the product was received

Step 3: Return your items to the address detailed on your delivery note. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. You can return your items to the following address:

-The cost of returns is payable by you(10€) and we wont reimburse this,except if you receive incorrect or damaged item(contact us).

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. SCHUSTER does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping

-If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.

-In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

Damage or incorrect products must be reported  within 24 hour after delivery. If your product is damaged in transport  you must report this as soon as possible by sending us detailed descriptions and images.

Very important is that in all types of returns the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, a fee of 10€ in shipping return will be charged. 

  • If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will let you know whether you need to return the item to us and if you wish to exercise your legal right to reject the item you must return it to us.
  • All sale and promotional items are final and are not subject to our exchange and refund policy.
