2. Сите пратки испорачани со стандардна достава ќе бидат испорачани во рок од 2 до 5 работни дена. Ве молиме дозволете ни дополнителни 24 часа за процесирање и испраќање на вашата нарачка.
3. Тимот на SCHUSTER започнува со подготвување и испорачување на вашата нарачка веднаш откако ќе биде направена, а потоа нема можност за промена. Доколку сакате да направите промена најдобро е веднаш да не контактирате.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, following an order confirmation, you should receive a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact customercare@schuster-store.com

If your SCHUSTER products weren’t purchased on www.schuster-store.com please refer to the retailer’s returns and exchange policy where you purchased your SCHUSTER products from.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
  2. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched

INSURANCE

SCHUSTER insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. At checkout, you may have the option to select whether you’d like to sign for your delivery. At this point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
